Fixed the Rouge Cat .psd File (Patreon)

Fixed the file, it should now have all of its layers.  In my hastened effort to get this out, I had accidentally saved the .psd file on a single layer and I didn't have a backup available. So I had to re-touch it up from the ground up.  The .psd file may look slightly different than the original image, but it's more or less the same~
