Just a random post talk :D I used a test render I did for Rosa for your entertainment.

I've taken a few days of "rest", and during that time I studied different stuffs, and a part of it was clothing style.
I worked a bit on clothing styles, details of clothes, textures, strings, what kind of Clothing style I want to develop.

I wish to develop my own clothing style like you could "recognize" it, still being real world alike.

In the end, my favorite clothing style is korean styles in general, so you can expect I take some elements from it, particularly their skirts and street styles. I'm really in love!
Of course we are in an Ero world so I'm thinking about spycier versions :D
It's not about copying it, just as an inspiration.
Korean style often do not involve cleavages, and I wish to have Big tiddies cleavages in my own style so I will adapt it.
Huge tits does not fit with every style of Top, so I will have to make things adapted. Moreover, the korean style fit more young girls (I mean <30-40, e.g they wear a lot of pleated skirts) so I also have to make "milf" style clothing.
I want to find like a standing for the style of textures, style of clothing fasteners (I google translated it, not sure of that one XD), like a different shape for different bodies, but we could still recognize the same "brand".

Same for Jewelry stuff!

Of course I could also create different brand, like a Brand for cute stuff, a brand for classy/office, a brand for more goth stuff, etc... Working in 3D made it possible, because every time I create an outfit in 3D, I can just add it to my 3D wardrobe :D

I'm already developing my style but I try not to burn steps and I progress little by little :D

I also studied a bit for the "Map", I think I will rework the Heralesia Map, Not for DH but for after that.

I intend to make a MUCH bigger island.

Reasons:

  • Heralasia's Map is a single block, so scenes are super heavy. It's also quite complicated to make and enhance because I have to "link" every spots, so I spent a LOT of work on details you don't even see, or see in the background, very far away.
    A bigger map involve not doing the whole map in 3D, but instead creating a limited spot, like just doing a street, and maybe creating a simple image in the background for the depth.

  • Easier to add new places. If I want to make a game, I'm blocked if the place I want to add is not on the map. For example if I want to add something in the desert, if I want to make a huge rich house, it's complicated because I made something complete already. and If I add it, I also have to work on how it's connected to the rest and rework it.
    If I make a bigger map, I could just pin a different spot on the Map and add anything I want when you enter that place.

Anyway, I'm going back to code the new map system ^^
