Finally! All the chipping layers and rust tones are done! Now it's time to put it into a video!

Remember how I mentioned that it all took like, forever? After scrolling back I found it's been exactly 1 week since I started this process... not bad I suppose? Considering it took me more than 3 weeks and 3 separate videos on the Chi-Ri...

But well, there's still some chipping to be done on the Zimmerit, and I'm so looking forward to that because I've never done it before. But I'll tackle that in the next video, which will be about zimm chipping, weld bead chipping (I have no energy to do that now) and detail painting, including the spare tracks on the turret. Those on the hull will be made into a separate video.

Anyway, as usual, a lot of what you see will be toned down into a "just right" amount with earth effects, but I'm sure we all know that by now 😊As you probably noticed I went the extra mile and made some rusty leftovers from the missing tow cables and the jack block at the front of the hull. At first I was hesitant to go for it but then thought like, why not? I can always wipe it away if it looks bad, or tone it down with dust, and I'm glad I went for it. It'll look pretty neat when the model is finished.

Phew, anyway, it was a busy week!
