Baby_Ver. 3 // Updater (Patreon)

Been wanting to touch up Baby's design for a while now - I really missed giving her a sword (which ups the weeb factor to 300%) 

The glasses w/ her hair take way too long for me to draw together because I shoe-horned myself into making the composition way too precise - so I wanted to try out a visor because I think the ponytail/bangs combo is more iconic to her..

I like the thigh highs  - I'm not sure about the jacket though I think I need to dial it back some - but I wanted to infuse some of the athletic elements from her hoodie. I don't want to give her a hoodie anymore because Pizza Girl already has the hooded jacket. 

took a lot of inspo from Kanao from Yaiba Slayer.

All-in-all I think this is in the right direction.

Her story is pretty much the same - I want to go back to making her an assassin. 

Unfortunately its looking like the original 'brawler/school rivalry scenario' animations I've completed are going to have to serve as a stepping stone to the final product. I realize this concept still needs so much work. Luckily there's a wealth of background assets I can re-use as well as the voice work for 'Adult Baby' who still has the same character.

Regarding Patty and "BABY Baby" my two friends who play both have relocated and its become pretty much impossible to record with them for retakes/future animations. My friend Kari who voices Baby is also too perfect for that role and I can't bring myself to replace her. We have enough audio from MULTIPLE previous attempts at the pilot to where I could play her as a recurring mascot type character - but she'd have to be a separate entity from her adult counterpart. 

I also really want to touch up Patty's design as well because she's also incredibly difficult for me to draw consistently in animation as opposed to single illustrations. 

I don't want to abandon the delinquent angle entirely and I feel like that's good for one scenario rather than trying to make it the whole thing. 

Either way TLDR sorry for the rant. Finished animations of her ARE coming. Sorry for the wait.
