This month's concept comes from Just Another Patron, who won this month's Color contest — 38 v 30 votes.

Patron requests included:

Winning idea:

The return of Mega-Milf Marybeth from the April 2023 Color Commission. Marybeth's pregnancy has made her grow bigger, milkier, and much hornier.
