16:9 aspect loading screen (kinda) (Patreon)

So...yeah I'm not satisfied with this, if I try to force a 16:9 aspect ratio I get a very large logo and no letter bars for example, it is also less detailed so I have to inpaint a lot to get it up to level of the others
