Some of you might remember that I floated the idea of a muscle growth story a while back - the reaction seemed positive, so I've decided to move ahead with it.

And here is our vict... I mean, here is our star in the making. James Jamieson. No I will never stop with the comic book names. And I'm sure nothing at all untoward or inappropriate will happen to our young star. Nope.
