Oh I've read Helter Skelter and listened to a few podcasts on the subject so I knew it very well, I expected the twist because of what Tarantino did in Inglorious Bastards so the ending didn't upset me at all, I thought it was great! One of my favorite scenes in the film was Sharon Tate watching her film with an audience, it was a really beautiful moment and then Tarantino had to go and ruin it with his foot fetish.
