Happy new year! It's me with your January newsletter.

Patron survey
Thank you to everyone who's completed the survey so far. These responses are super important and helpful to me as I plan out 2021. If you haven't already and have a minute, I would really appreciate it if you could complete the survey so I can include your responses in my assessment:

Of course, if/when I decide to make any changes, I am committed to transparency. I'll give a long lead time and, as possible, leave existing tiers/perks as they are. In other words, if I make changes, my goal is only to add options, not change/remove anything that already exists.

2021 Changes?
There aren't any planned changes based on the survey at the moment. Except that I may just post more behind the scenes/in prog/WIPs. I also found out that Patreon is like... really bad at notifying patrons about the type of post in the email notifications. So, moving forward, I'll try to include what kind of content is in the post in the subject line (along with whether it's NSFW or not) instead of using meaningles subjects like "Hello" :)

10 FOUR and 2x PLEASE status
I did not finish FOUR in December, but I didn't plan to (planned break! ha!). I have about 5 pages left to do that are based on the November Influencer poll. I also have the first third of PLEASE thumbnailed and plan to get that finished here in January, with the expectation that they will both be completed by the time the publication schedule resumes at the end of March. (I also hope to have thumbnails started and maybe even finished on 11 SWITCH).

Bringing me to...

Scheduled break
Just a reminder that Familiar is on a scheduled publication break. Normally a new full chapter would drop at the end of January (following the every other month release schedule), but in order to give myself a little break and work at a slower speed, the next Familiar drop will be at the end of March. Also, reminder, this doesn't mean I'm not working during this time. I'm just working at a slightly slower pace (uhhhh self care? lmao never heard of it), and trying to make time for other (Familiar) projects such as arranging some of the perks I've mentioned last autumn/winter.

OK. That's all for the moment. In closing, since I heard y'all want more process/sneak stuff here's Jack licking his butt. :)
