Year end Patreon survey (Patreon)

Hey there. Me again.

I've made a survey about Patreon in the hopes that I can understand how to make this Patreon work better for everyone (including me). If you have a minute to fill out the survey, I'd really appreciate it. It shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to fill out the multiple choice answers (and there's just one long form "anything else?" field at the bottom)
