Adjusting Tier Prices (Pixiv Fanbox)

I am adjusting the prices because the jpy is weak. It used to be comparable to the USD a few in 2022. But JPY tanks in the last 2 years.

I will need to make new tiers to adjust for the dip.

That, and I will lock people out of newer content through newsletter distribution only to push people to switch tiers. I removed diamond tiers from here because it was too much work for what I was paid to do. Its solely in Substar now.

Sorry for the drastic measures but I took the hit for a while, thinking it exchange rate would adjust more or less evenly not it hasn't. Its out of my control.

This will be in full effect Jan 1 2023.
