The Entertainment District arc is an epoch-making work in the history of Japanese animation. When it was aired on TV, the quality of the animation was unprecedented for a TV animation, or even it has surpassed any movies in the past. Sure, the following season (the Swordsmith village arc) may have gone beyond it in terms of overall artistic (aesthetic) quality. But the spectacular aspect of the Entertainment District arc is still legendary, and what is only at par with it is the Shibuya Incident arc of Jujutsu Kaisen in my opinion.
