New camera, thank you patrons! (Patreon)

As some of you are aware, the live camera we use for Gatorbox has been having a ton of stability problems ever since we updated our PC's to Windows 10. The video feed will stutter, jump, and sometimes just straight up completely freeze requiring one of us to unplug and plug it back in to "reset" it. Obviously, this is highly undesirable because it makes the show look bad.

Well, those days are now [hopefully] a thing of the past! Funded 100% by Patreon pledges from YOU, we've purchased a Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000 to replace the Logitech camera that was having problems. This new rig doesn't have as many features as the old camera (so long, autofocus) but during initial testing we couldn't get it to freeze up a single time. While some features are lacking, this new camera has a much more crisp and bright image.

We'll be rolling out the new camera for tomorrow night's stream. Tomorrow's stream is also special because it will be the first one put together with OBS instead of XSplit! We hope that changing to a less CPU-intensive program will yield a better framerate and a better Gatorbox show for everyone.
