Great reaction and episode! In the movie Thor: Ragnarok, Thor tells a story to Bruce & Valkyrie about when he and Loki were children and Loki may have tried to kill him. Thor: “…This one time when we were children he transformed himself into a snake. And he knows that I love snakes. So I went to pick up the snake to admire it, and he transformed back into himself and he says “MYAH it’s me”. And then he stabbed me. We were 8 at the time.” After Thor finishes the story we see a shot of Loki smiling, like it is such a fond memory for him. You get the idea that Loki never meant to kill his brother when he stabbed him, that it was just “a bit of fun” for Loki. Loki has actually stabbed Thor a couple of times in the Infinity Saga, it’s just how he shows affection 😆 A fun theory is that Kid Loki in the void didn’t mean to kill his brother either. Maybe when he did the snake prank on his Thor, Kid Loki accidentally stabbed Thor in the wrong place or too deep, and killed him. I like this theory because Kid Loki stated that he killed his Thor so matter of factly and only mentioned it when directly asked. He doesn’t seem proud or happy about it. I imagine a Loki that kills Thor might want to brag about it all the time and go into details of how he did it. I just never got the premeditated murder vibe from Kid Loki. I think him killing his Thor may have just been a typical, mischievous Loki prank gone tragically wrong. Can’t wait for the finale!!!
