I’m not sure if anyone mentioned this in any comments here or on YouTube, but during the transition into Folklore during the Eras tour the dancers perform a dance to Taylor reading Seven as a poem, and it’s absolutely breathtaking. They didn’t include transitions in the film, but I’m so excited you’ll get to experience this at the concert! 🤍🥹🫶🏼

I wish she had explanation videos for ALL of her songs, like this one does. For me, understanding her perspective, her context, adds so much to her art/songs. Sometimes it's the same as the way I understood it, but other times, it broadens my outlook, and that's beautiful! It's the same hearing your perspective, or anyone else's...I've found love for songs that I previously overlooked simply because I began to understand it differently, saw the joy it brought someone else. 💜

Make sure you go back and listen to the original Folklore album too! The added instrumentation really adds to some of the songs, and her voice still has this ethereal quality that we love!

I don’t know if you saw, but she has small voice memos for TTPD!! And also for 1989, the Grammy museum interview explains the album in depth (lyrics + production of the album) ☺️

Mirror Ball and Seven are so sublime. It really shows her heart and her voice. Love how we get an explanation of each song. I wish she would do this for more albums.
