It’s  been 40 years and I still haven’t learned that I get depressed as shit  in January and that it always gets better as soon as February breaks  through the freezing gray. But it’s ok, I’ve put a link to this post in  my calendar for January 1, 2025. Hopefully I will break the cycle next  year 😤
