Marko, you're doing great at following the action! I will say Chrollo most likely just asked Shalnark and Korotopi to use their powers, either he could return it to them or he feels that getting rid of hisoka would be worth them losing their abilities. But I think it's more likely that he could return the abilities. Looking forward to the next chapter!!
