As an anime original, this show has really surprised me a lot, and has essentially sky-rocketed as one of my top contenders for best anime of the season. Great characters, great animation and art style, great music... it's got the total package. Even I was surprised that the show made me care about a side character, who I found cringe and annoying early on. This was also a very thematic episode, airing on Mother's Day... the writers did a good job with it. Another thing I applaud the writers for is the fact that they didn't continue shoving the yuri/GL aspect of the show, from what happened last episode. The 2 girls acknowledged what had happened, but in a joking manner, which I feel makes their relationship develop in a more organic and realistic way. Slow and steady is the way to go.

in regards to what you said during the video about 30 year olds being in demand they're not wrong. especially in the vtuber sphere as of late there is a real desire for what the audience and creators themselves lovingly refer to as "hags" meaning women in the neighborhood or older than 30. for me its the appeal of the maturity and life experience they have that adds to all the things they do.
