Brilliant writing! Brilliant cinematography! This film was truly nothing like I expected, but it was genuinely one of the best movies I've seen. If a revenge journey was art.

Incredible movie and one of my all-time favorites. Thomas Newman killed it with the soundtrack but he's one of the best at what he does. Great Reaction!

i forgot how well done this was. The cinematography, acting and soundtrack were amazing. I really enjoyed a lot of films that came out around this time that were similarly well done, that we all know, like Shawshank Redemption. The portrayal of the father in the beginning and later does seem real to the time.
