It is confusing that the arraignment shown here is a little different that what is broken down in the youtube video - makes it tough to follow along. I need to either learn by ear from the video, or read the music, but can't do both together.

Yeah, I'm still struggling with how to sort out all that - I rarely play the tune the same way twice and with the whole ornaments thing involved (which don't translate well on paper) there can be some discrepancies between the two. If it's necessary to choose, I'd always recommend learning by ear as you're going to have to learn that way eventually anyway.
