Legitimized the removal of Attribute Requirements (Patreon)

No going back now! Ill be adding flavor text to spells as well, so it also feels more at home that spells don't have requirements.

For the weapons, i might add something to the blank area, in place of where the reqs would be. Like maybe total weapon damage.. Any suggestions?
