When David is talking about Cordyceps he’s referring to those weird mushroom zombies in the show. Cuz it’s that fungus that’s infected the humans brains. They call them that kinda like how walking dead referred to their zombies as walkers

So happy I decided to be a patron! I loved The Last of Us I felt that it was so, so, well done and the acting was phenomenal. I don’t mean to be a broken record because I think I have suggested this a couple times already but if you have not yet seen the show “From,” I just know you’ll love it. It comes on Epix which I think is called MGM+ now. Season 1 is available and season 2 starts April 23 - it has everything: lots of different people get stranded (unexplainably) somewhere very strange, horrifying monsters that stalk, torture and kill them at night, lots of mystery, some occasional funny bits thrown in, and more! I just think it’s perfect for you! I loved it and cannot wait for S2! Look forward to more reactions *From* you! 😄

I TOO am glad you decided to be a Patron! I had a feeling this show was going to be good, although I am always weary because we all know how the internet loves to go wild about absolutely anything and everything, but yeah, at least with Season 1...this show is fantastic. Ill look into From!
