The very secod I saw the Polaroid Sun660 on Impossible Project's website I knew I wanted it. At first, Reed was hesitant on us purchasing the camera since I had just bought my D810 and 24mm 1.4. One day while we were on the phone, I had an epiphany while talking to her about the Sun660. "What if we shot a series of three or four photos, framed, matted and signed. One of a kind, original, never been done before." I beleive we bought the camera that night.

Now, a little bit of story behind the exposures. Yucca Valley was a big trip for us. In fact, the first trip we had this camera for. Shooting over two hundred exposures of instant film; between the Sun660, Instax Wide and Instax Mini. Needless to say, our entire camera collection was getting it's due use. On our last day, leaving the property and leaving Yucca Valley; Reed mentioned she wanted to pull off the side of the road and take some final exposures. At the perfect place to pull off we did, drove a little away from the road and shot these three exposures. After about thirty minutes we finally looked at them and were floored. We absolutely fell in love with them and knew they had to be the first installment of 'Project Sun660'

You can view a further description and product details on Reed's Etsy, I will provide the link below. I hope whoever purchases this piece will love it as much as we do.
