I would say Mister Negative would be a pretty good choice for the next villain. He's got a good backstory and is even featured in the upcoming PS4 game. But villains like Scorpion and Rhino are good for 22 min cartoons. Not much substance for a 2 hour blockbuster.

I gotta agree w/ Victoria...Marvel's villains are generally bland. I think Spidey does have the stronger rogues of them though. At least the most interesting
