She's never been called by name, but at some point it was decided that this character's name should be "Aiko". Initially I had just wanted it to be a running gag that she gets cummed on but never fully interacts with any other characters, but I had enough people asking about what happened to her (and to Kat) after Jenna and Lisette left that CGI and I were able to come up with this short sequence catching up with them.
