Sunmakers concept art - Yllunor (Patreon)

The showpiece of the comic, always in the background of every poster or promotional piece I have made. Everything resolves around the artificial sun Yllunor, as things tend to do where stars are concerned.

I modeled the star and its enterior in 3D, since its rings would be a nightmare to draw over and over by hand. 

The entirior is another story entirely however. I actually regretted having used 3D for those scenes. Because it stood out in the comic pages. I will likely not do it again in the future. But I still wanted to show progress renders. 

Wide shots of Yllunor and its ring system will remain an exception.
